Solar energy

Solar street lighting

Light roads, neighbourhoods and remote sites with no cabling and no electricity bill.

Our approach

A stand-alone solar street light produces, stores and delivers its own energy. No trenches, no connection, no bill: just a well-placed pole.

SMARTECH INDUSTRIE SAS carries out the lighting study, selects luminaire power and battery autonomy, then installs and maintains the equipment for public bodies, industrial sites and private clients.

Sound familiar?

Dark roads or sites that feel unsafe.

A grid connection that is too costly or impossible.

Existing street lights that keep failing.

Public lighting bills that are too high.

How we work

  1. 1

    Lighting study

Road length, pole height, spacing and target lighting level.

  2. 2

    Equipment selection

LED luminaires, panels, batteries and autonomy suited to the rainy season.

  3. 3

    Installation

Foundations, poles, panel orientation and settings.

  4. 4

    Maintenance

Cleaning, battery checks and component replacement.

What we deliver

  • Layout and lighting study
  • All-in-one or split-panel street lights
  • Autonomy sized for several nights
  • Time-based dimming programme
  • Complete installation including foundations
  • Maintenance contract

What you gain

No bills

Energy is produced on site by the sun.

Safety

Roads and sites lit all night long.

Fast installation

No trenches or cables: a short, clean job.

FAQ

Do they work in the rainy season?

Yes, provided batteries and panels are sized for several days of low sun. Our study accounts for this.

How many lights per road?

It depends on road width, pole height and the lighting level required. Enter the road length in the pre-study and we will propose a layout.

Do you work with public bodies?

Yes. We respond to tenders from administrations, local authorities and NGOs.
