A Gabonese entrepreneurial ambition
The story of SMARTECH INDUSTRIE SAS began in 2024 with five young Gabonese engineers with complementary backgrounds in engineering, maintenance, energy, technology and project management. They saw that Gabon has great potential but needs to build local capability in industrial technology, maintenance, energy efficiency, renewables and digitalisation.
Their answer: a company offering solutions suited to the realities of the Gabonese market, built on international standards and technologies. 'SMART' for intelligence and innovation, 'TECH' for technology and engineering.

SMARTECH CONSULTING is born
Five young Gabonese engineers launch a consulting and engineering firm. Their ambitions quickly shift towards hands-on industrial and energy work: the project becomes SMARTECH INDUSTRIE.
SMARTECH INDUSTRIE SAS is officially founded
The company is incorporated as a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) and registered with the Franceville Trade Register under number 2025B0037. It is organised into four units: Industry, Energy, Smart Building, Services & Digital.
Huawei FusionSolar Installers Loyalty Program
SMARTECH INDUSTRIE SAS joins Huawei's professional ecosystem and strengthens its position in on-grid, hybrid and off-grid solar solutions.
